A new experience for everyone
As soon as a worker is absent, he encodes the details of his medical certificate in the MyCertificate App and receives a proof of receipt via SMS. MyCertificate was designed to be accessible to everyone, including the less digitized among us. For workers, there is nothing to download, no login/password to remember, and it is, of course, entirely free. They can also return their certificate without leaving home just by using their smartphone (or a relative’s one). The proof of receipt by SMS confirms that their employer has received the certificate in time.

Reduce the admin workload
The worker himself encodes the details of his medical certificate in the MyCertificate App and this information can be directly integrated into your internal HR system. The time you save in the HR department can therefore be spent on more value-added tasks.

Inform in real time
The right people are immediately notified of a worker's absence internally. The HR department, the worker's manager and any other relevant persons are directly notified of the details of the worker's certificate by email, this includes the duration of the absence. You also have the possibility to launch a Medical Check in 1 click from the email you receive.

Track your absenteeism
At the end of each month, you automatically receive your absenteeism statistics. You have access to a Dashboard to monitor your figures but also to the raw data in Excel format in order to adapt the analysis to your needs. We therefore allow you to have a very clear and consistent view of your absenteeism status.
